I have been hired to composer the music for the Pilot Cool Kids at Twentieth Century Fox Television. The show is created by Charlie Day and Paul Fruchbom.
Plot: Cool Kids revolves around three guy friends in a retirement community who are the top dogs until they’re blown out of the water by the newest member of the community, a female rebel who’s ready to challenge their place – it’s high school with 70 somethings.
The show stars David Alan Grier (In Living Color, The Carmichael Show), Vicki Lawrence (Carol Burnett Show, Great News), Leslie Jordan (Will & Grace) and Martin Mull (Fernwood Tonight, Clue, Roseanne).
